Technical Recruiter

# Responsibilities
1 Accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand.
2 Understand recruitment demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility.
3 Sourcing any using internal, personal database, Internet sites and referrals to source active and passive candidates.
4 Screen and select application of candidates.
5 Conduct phone and personal interviews.
6 Participate in recruitment and sourcing activities.
7 Ensure all paperwork is received ad completed according to policy.
8 Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identify issues and recommend actions.
9 Facilitates the completion of the candidate assessment by scheduling candidates for interviews.
# Requirements
1 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology or any related field.
2 Must have at least 2 years working experience in sourcing/hiring OT Professionals.
3 Candidate who can work ASAP will be prioritize.
4 Required language(s): English, Filipino.
Full-Time and Contract position available.
