IT Operations Manager

# Responsibilities
1 IT Operations Manager shall be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and management of NOC Service Desk Operation to ensure delivery of the agreed level of IT services.
2 The IT Operations Manager shall ensure that all day-to-day operational activities are carried out in a timely and reliable way.
# Requirements
1 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree with specialty in software and database.
2 At least 10-15 years of experience in IT Operations Management.
3 Strong background and work experience in IT Operations Management or Service Desk Management.
4 Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
5 Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major initiatives.
6 Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
7 Budget development and oversight experience.
8 Excellent people manager, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.
9 Ability to look at situations from several points of view.
Full-Time and Contract position available.
